Over the years I have struggled with my weight and had never found a way to eat well and healthily while achieving my ideal weight, until a deterioration in my chronic kidney disease caused me to seek out a dietitian. After a disappointing meeting with another dietitian I found Meg McClintock of Choose Nutrition.

Since mid 2012, with Meg’s guidance and support, I have achieved the ideal weight for my age and maintained it. I have come to understand the role that different foods, in conjunction with exercise, play on my health and ability to better manage my condition.
